TORAY Remote Sensor Oxygen Analyser
LD-450 Zirconia Oxygen Analyser with remote sensor :
The LD-450 from Toray Engineering D Solutions, Co., Ltd. is a highly advanced, high performance as well as low cost Zirconia Oxygen Analyser. The LD-450 has very high levels of durability in addition to reliability and repeatability.
The Analyser measures oxygen concentrations accurately in the range from ppb to 100% volume. The unit displays oxygen concentration in % vol, ppm, as well as oxygen partial pressure displayed in the range of 10-0 to 10-20 atm.
[85(W)×155(H)×40(D) mm, Converter: 1.2 kg , Sensor: 0.5 kg]
Ideal for mounting directly into vacuum lines and chambers
The very quick response time is achieved by separating the sensor from the analyser; positioning where it is needed.
Ideal for applications requiring high accuracy
The specially treated Zirconia Oxygen Sensor results in unprecedented durability and reliability, leading to much longer sensor life and long-term stable precise measurements.
The Toray LD-450 is designed for monitoring oxygen content across a very wide range from ppm to 100% volume oxygen in a single device.
Cost effective for most applications
The precision oxygen sensor is separated from the analyser converter (LD-450) enabling the sensor to be flange mounted directly into a vacuum chamber as well as a vacuum line. Positioning it where it is needed to achieve ultra-fast response time. Available ISO vacuum flange sizes include: NW16, 25, 40 in addition to R3/8 screw.
The remote oxygen sensor is connected to the analyser converter (LD-450) by a standard 2-meter cable. Optional cable lengths are available. The remote sensor allows the small lightweight wall mounted converter to be better positioned without the normally associated sampling pipework.
Ideal for semiconductor deposition systems, glovebox, additive manufacturing (such as 3D metal printing) as well as other sealed chamber applications.
Toray Oxygen Analysers determine oxygen concentration by using the conductivity of a Zirconium ceramic cell. Zirconium ceramic cells allow only oxygen ions to pass through at high temperatures. The Instrument uses a reference gas on one side and sample gas on the other. Oxygen ions move from the side with the highest concentration to that with the lowest concentration. This movement of ions generates an Electro Motive Force (EMF) which is measured to determine oxygen content. This process is in accordance with the Nernst Equation.
The LD-450 has a fast response time with minimal line lag. Customers value these features highly. Applications are in residual oxygen monitoring for 3D metal printers, Semiconductor Vacuum deposition machines as well as Gloveboxes.
The LD-450 has a unique sensor coating resulting in very high reliability and durability. This allows users to experience much longer sensor life in addition to calibration down time when compared with other solutions. Users can obtain significantly lower lifetime operating costs as a result. The sensor technology also creates a lower sensor resistance. This results in extremely reliable, repeatable in addition to accurate and precise readings over time. A feature customers find particularly desirable in an Oxygen Analyser.
The LD-450 is designed to Monitor oxygen with a very wide range from ppb up to 100% Volume Oxygen.
The LD-450 is easy to install. It has a 24volt power supply
